 The application of the third generation sand make machine (sand-making machine) :
This series of sand makers applies to the soft , medium hard and extremely hard materials crushing, plastic, which is widely used in a variety of ores, cement, refractories, aluminum where the soil clinker, emery, glass raw materials, mechanism building sand, stone, and each kinds of metallurgy slag, especially for silicon carbide, silicon carbide, sintered bauxite, sand US high-hard, especially the hard and the other corrosion-resistant materials . In the engineering industry ,it is the ideal equipments of producing mechanism sand, cushion material, asphalt concrete and cement concrete aggregate . And so on. The working principle of the third generation sand making machine (sand-making machine) :
The material is fed from the feed hopper to the crusher, and be divided into two parts by the sub-feeder, part of them go through the middle of the sub-feeder into the high-speed rotation of the impeller,  being rapidly accelerated in  the impeller,  its  acceleration gravity can achieve to several hundred times, and then projectile out from the impeller three runner uniform at the speed of 60-70 m / s, the first part of the same sub-feeder four weeks from the closing falling material   crusher, and with the impact of the vortex cavity lining materials material lining rebound oblique impact to the top of the whirl chamber, and then change the direction of motion, deflected downward movement of material emitted from the impeller form a continuous materials curtain. The broken material is discharged from the lower part of the discharge opening. During the whole crushing process, the materials are impacted crushing to each other, don't   contact with the metal components directly but with the lining materials shock,  in this way,   the pollution angle is reduced,  the time of mechanical wear is extended.
